In 200,000 years, eastern cottontails will learn to fly. They will have to learn to fly because the earth is over-populating. The land is soon going to be overcrowded as well as the waters. The bunnies ears will soon began to drop to its body. It's ears will become flexible and they will soon began to become slimmer so they're bones are able to contain their body weight. They then will adapt, as they easily do, and began to fly.
